  • Permit pulled and the install brought up to current local code (venting, drain pan, gas bond)
  • Standard connections — up to 15 ft of new exhaust venting, existing water/gas lines reused
  • Old tank disconnected, removed and hauled away
  • 30-day workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer equipment warranty

Could cost extra (quoted on-site first)

  • Exhaust venting longer than 15 ft, or a brand-new vent route
  • Moving the tank to a different location in the home
  • Water, gas or electrical line resizing, or a new circuit
  • Drywall, framing or flooring repair after access
  • Extra code upgrades an inspector requires beyond the standard list

Your price covers supply, installation, permit/code work and haul-away. If your home needs non-standard work, your installer quotes it on-site and you approve it before they start.
